Some Aditional Cost
- Geo-Fabric: Is a protective woven sheet that design to prevent the soil from mixing with the gravel base we use to install pavers. In areas with clay or silt soil or in areas with heave traffic, we recommended usig Geografic to reduce the chance of pavers settlements.
- 80mm Pavers: Just as pavers come in various shapes and designs, they also come in variety of sizes. Unlike the standar 60mm thickness, we also offer 80mm pavers for added strenght and durability on surfaces that experience heavy use and traffic
- Access Consideration: Areas that do not allow normal access to industry standart tools an machinery such a forkklifs, Bobcats and trucking equipment, may require additional labor an time to move the materials, thus incurring additional fees
- Optional Custom Work: Aside from basic installation, Go pavers offers a variety of optional enhancements for most projects. Additions such as steps, walls, decorative planters and fire pits may be added to your installation project as desired
- Utility Lines: In order to faciltate future access, additional labor may be necessary to relocate or service existing utility lines.
- Grading: To ensure pavers fit evenly, slopes and bumps must be leveled prior to installation. Depending on the severity of the grading, additional labor, equipement and materials may be necessary.
- Root Removal: in order to avoid uneven surfaces and damage to pavers, additional labor may be necessary to remove and separate any existing plant or tree roots from soil before instalation
- Paver Cutting: Some more intricate or complex designs may involve techniques and labor not normally associated with standart paver installation, as well as specialized tools and material that may increase the overall project cost.
- Pool Coping: Pool deck paving stone installation also carries a couple of potential additional costs that are unique to pool work. Pool coping, for example, is a time-consuming installation process that requires setting concrete on top of the pool bond beam. Paver cuts and leveling uses a material that cost more thant the pavers do, and are necessary during pool coping, resulting in increased cost.
